• Review and, if approved, publish a tradie's listing on the directory
• Contact a tradie about their submission or listing
• Respond to enquiries sent through the site
• Maintain and improve the site's functionality

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information submitted through this site is stored using our website platform provider (Webflow) and associated infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, though no method of storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

If a tradie's listing is approved, their business name, trades, suburbs, and description become publicly visible on the site. Contact details are only published where the tradie has agreed to this as part of their listing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
